Clarity is Key!

One of the most overlooked aspects of the job search is being crystal clear on exactly what you're looking for and being able to communicate that succinctly and confidently.

That means spending more time on the front end but ultimately saving time and frustration on the backend.

When I was pivoting careers a few years ago, I felt myself spinning in circles because I was applying to anything that looked interesting. But when I got targeted on what I wanted out of my next role, my approach became more streamlined and my confidence grew.
