Music for Self Reflection
Lyrics to prompt the mind & sounds to soothe the soul.
My journey was long and hard. It involved the death and then disappearance of my mother, the only unselfish person in my family. Perhaps they spent their lives avoiding grieving her. I was the product of being brought up by everyone and no one. So I have had to do it all over again. The second time, I did it very right, I did it my mum's way. Her advice came direct from heaven to my mind.
Along that journey I was discovered to have a soulful and beautiful voice, and heart. I had a lot to remember, and to encourage myself to feel, so I learned slowly to write songs. I learned how to feel my own feelings through my songs. I had created the therapy I needed.
Slowly I am spending the time and the money to share those healing songs and sounds with the interested public. You are welcome to follow along here. Visit my website and click on the music tab.
