Intersection between Jiu Jitsu and spirituality
I’ve been training martial arts my entire life, Jiu Jitsu for 12+ years (purple and 3), and I’ve been meditating my entire life as well.
There certainly is a connection between the internal introspection, self-discovery, and growth aspects of both.
So I’m looking to explore this further, and see how other people relate/find the intersection.
