Introducing Mature Grappler Method 2026
I recorded the first intro session for the Mature Grappler Method and wanted to drop a quick note to frame what this is about.
At its core, it’s built around three things:
1 - Being your own best coach
Learning how to listen, adjust, and make smart decisions around your training instead of just pushing blindly.
2 - Training toward clear goals, and updating as we progress.
Understanding why you’re training and making small, consistent improvements toward whatever outcome you’re actually chasing. On and off the mat.
3 - Knowing the difference between training rounds and competition prep rounds.
Separating competition prep from long-term skill building ... and knowing how to do both without burning yourself out or breaking yourself down.
That’s the lens everything in the Mature Grappler Method runs through.
