End of year check-in for the crew
As we wrap up 2025 and start looking toward 2026, I’ve been reflecting on how often people drift away from Jiu-Jitsu for ONE BIG underlying reason, they lose clarity and then give you some other reason/ excuse like "dont have time anymore", "risk of injury" "getting to old" etc...
They’re not quite sure why they’re training anymore,
what they actually want from it,
or how their approach should evolve as life changes.
So I’ll throw this one to the room:
As we head into 2026, what do you want Jiu-Jitsu to give you this year?
More confidence?
Better health?
Longevity?
Consistency?
Competition?
Community?
Or simply an outlet that helps you feel capable and grounded?
No right answers. No pressure to comment.
Just a good question to sit with as the year turns.
