101 Yorkshire deal Closed!
180,000 Sq. ft. on 15.5 acres in beautiful Kentucky. Deal? 8.8M existing bank carried the note at 4% until 2042! I am paid by seller $492K To take the deal. Prior to closing I successfully leased 97,000 sq. ft. of the project covering all my costs and putting a little positive $$$ Flow in my pocket! This is the third time I have done this. Now my real estate portfolio is in excess of $50M.
