Why 'Yoga Handstand Breakthrough'?
Hi everyone, I renamed this group 'Yoga Handstand Breakthrough' because I want to give you all a sense of purpose - a 'goal' of sorts. Not to necessarily develop a yoga handstand (although many students find this is an awesome 'extra' that happens with practice!), but rather to provide you a way forward in your yoga badassery.
I am playing with names for this group right now (and will likely create a new website too!) and want to make sure it's meeting your needs since you are the ones who will be given tools and support along your journey.
