Hi Yoga Badass Community!
I'm so excited you've joined us in this awesome collaboration of yoga practitioners from all over the world in leveling up your practices. This group is intended on helping each of you find new and inspiring ways to practice, even if you don't have much time to do it, or if you're newer to the journey.
It doesn't matter what your practice looks like: from one day to the next my personal practice might be traditional Ashtanga, or Power Yoga, or Yin Yoga. Some days I'm taking a quick run out in the sunshine or hiking with my partner in the woods, or hugging my teenager. On other days my practice is much more internal, and I simply sit and meditate or study yoga philosophy. The point is to keep practicing, keep feeding your curiosity, and finding new ways to keep YOUR YOGA fresh.

Also, in the classroom tab, you’ll find the zoom link for our weekly live session - 15 minute yoga flows called “Yoga Badass Breakdowns” - where are you can get a quick but deep look at certain postures and how to do them, wrapped up in a flow. Tons of my students love this because our longer classes are often challenging. Come join us each week - and if you can’t join us live, I do post the replays.
I am here to support you on your journey. Let's hold each other accountable, and don't forget to ask the Yoga Badass Community for help when you need it. We are all in this thing together, after all.
