New moves, new strength
#Week #1 Check-In A lot of these exercises are new to me. And I can feel a big difference after the first week. The core and arms are getting a lot stronger and I like how a little bit each day is adding up to big changes as time goes on. Feeling stronger and leaner. The work outs are very hard (but they get easier the more I do them) and they are addictive. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช
