Handstand & Poser Challenge
I’m discovering the minor left hand and wrist injury I’ve been ignoring while working on my push-ups this past month might not be so minor… range of motion is limited and it hurts to put weight on my left wrist 😭😭
The mobility stuff seems like what I should be doing, but planks and push-ups have been painful. Thoughts on how to HANDle this? Ha. Super bummed tho..😩
