Question- How does it feel building an App that already exists?

I've done a number of projects when trying to up my react native and flutterflow game.

BUT,

Whenever I feel like I thought up a "New" and "Innovative" idea, I usually find out to several people already beat me to it and it's like I'm already late to the game.

Anyone with a similar experience, please share 🥺. I'd like to know how you handled it.
