USPS Form 1583 Notarization
I'm trying to go through an online notarization, however, most of the documents and are US-based (I'm a foreigner). Moreover, I'm in the UAE and I have an alien card (not a passport), yet the platform does not have this as an option. I'm from Uzbekistan, yet I do not have a 2nd form of identity verification (like a vehicle registration card as I do not own a vehicle in my home country). Do you have any suggestions on what to do?
