Pros and Cons of a Disregarded Entity Wyoming LLC for a US Citizen?
I've figured out a way to replace my US Corporation with a DEWLLC.
Monies will flow to the Foreign Corporation (not CFC).
I do not live in the US.
What are the Pros and Cons of utilizing a DEWLLC as a US Citizen?
