Collapsing the throat

I heard you say something to the effect of activating the bride of the throat to connect head and heart.

I’ve experienced what I believe you’re referring to when I made a strong decision to break up with a very long term gf and got a very solid job at the same time. My voice noticeably got louder / expansive/ powerful. it was a bit strange to me how fast this happened

Unfortunately though certain things happened where my throat started to contact again over the past few months. My voice has got significantly less powerful and feels contracted to the point of it being damaged.

In any case there’s probably lots of mental programs running that I need to resolve

But my question is… after what I believe is prolonged chronic state of contraction/damage to my throat center after having it opened and freed before… is there a way I can rapidly or spontaneously activate that bridge again or is it just going to take time at this point as I rebuilt from scratch

What are the best ways to collapse the bridge?
