Let me get some straightening today š
šØ Accountability Check šØ
A lot of adults need to start accepting accountability and stop blaming others. Stop creating false narratives about business owners just because you didnāt get your way.
š Youāre quick to scream āscamā or āunprofessionalā when itās not the case. The truth is, many times when we investigate complaints, we find that some of you are actually horrible customersāand honestly, the money you paid doesnāt cover the headaches you bring.
š¼ I donāt play about my name, business, or reputation. If you say something about my team, I immediately do an investigationābecause I pay them a salary and theyāre expected to do their jobs with integrity.
Letās be real:
- You say āI didnāt get resultsā but you donāt even know your results because you never paid for or monitored your credit.
- You claim āI didnāt get any deletionsā while weāre looking at 30+ deleted accounts.
- You say āI couldnāt reach customer serviceā yet we have the call recorded and transcribed.
- You say āNo one worked on my fileā when in reality we emailed you multiple times asking for your contracts, ID, and credit monitoring access that you never sent.
Come on nowā¦ š
We do this work to help you buy homes š”, get your dream car š, and qualify for the $100K funding you desire š°. Yet many of you treat us terribly while weāre fixing the mess YOU createdāfor pennies.
Iām a wife, mom, daughter, business owner, friend, mentorāand I still dedicate time out of my busy life to serve and help others.
āØ So my prayer is this: God, send me the clients who pay full price, follow instructions, have patience, and carry respect for themselves and others.
