Can you start this business without being an RN? 👀
I get this question all the time, and the short answer is yes, you can own the business.
BUT… who can actually administer IVs depends on your state + your setup.
A lot of non-RN owners do it by:
- partnering with an RN/medical director setup (varies by state)
- hiring the right clinicians
- making sure the clinical side is handled correctly + legally
