Morning check-in
I'm feeling absolutely amazing this morning. I almost got a 90% sleep efficiency. My goal is 7 hours. I got almost 7 and 1/2 8 hours. I have lots of energy. I'm grateful for a new day. My cats I get to feed the sheilajit that I just got my daughter and my wife and the gym!! I'm about to do my red light therapy controlled breathing and hit the gym to start my morning right!
