Today I didn’t feel like climbing, nor working out.
So I ate a load of food, drank a load of tea, gave an hour for that to go down.
Then went climbing for an hour, and did my martial arts.
Consistency and discipline will always get you results.
Hitting 50% of your target is better than hitting none.
Hitting 70% is better than none.
Keeping moving forwards !
