One step at a time...
Right now there is a plan, stemming from a vision. I'll share the pitch deck when I figure out how to do it. Phase 1 requires the following:
- Interconnection feasibility pre-study
- Gas production verification
- Water rights confirmation
- Fiber proximity study
- Preliminary site plan
- County/state incentive discussion
