Meet Your Coach: Nathan Wilkins
Hey, I’m Nathan Wilkins, your coach and founder of Iron Will Run Coaching.
I started running from scratch three years ago. I had no experience at the time, but made the decision to go all in.
Since then, I’ve run 100-mile races, dropped over an hour off my marathon time, and built a life centered around discipline and purpose.
I believe running is one of the best ways to build character. I love that you can't cheat running. What you put into this sport is EXACTLY what you get out.
My mission is to help you develop the same mindset. Through our 1:1 coaching I want you to learn how to:
- Train with structure and purpose
- Build mental toughness
- Fuel for performance
- Recover with intention
- Become a leader through your consistency
