No matter where you’re starting from, we’ll build a plan that fits your life — one that keeps you motivated, challenged, and supported every step of the way.
I believe in the power of consistency and small, everyday victories. I've taken my marathon time from 3:48 to 2:47 in 2 years and I'm ready to help you crush as well. My promise to you: you’ll never go through this journey alone , we’ll do it together.

1. What to Expect
Customized Coaching Plans
You’ll receive a personalized weekly training plan designed around your fitness level, goals, and schedule. Weekly uploads allow us to adjust as you grow and adapt. (Done through Final Surge App)
Ongoing Support
Expect continuous guidance through regular check-ins, progress reviews, and feedback. I’ll help you stay locked in every step of the way.
1:1 Calls
Calls can be scheduled when you have a question or looking for guidance.
Hybrid Training Options
Whether you’re focused on running, strength, or a combination of both, your plan will integrate both disciplines to help you build speed, endurance, and resilience.
Community
You’ll have access to a supportive network of like-minded athletes to keep you accountable and inspired.
Nutrition Guidance
Learn how to fuel performance through smart nutrition and recovery habits — no restrictive meal plans, just sustainable strategies.
2. Your Onboarding Checklist
To start strong, please complete the following steps:
Initial Assessment
Set Your Goals
Define your short- and long-term goals (for example, improving running pace, building strength, or completing a race).Share your preferred training schedule (training days, rest days, or cross-training preferences).
Equipment & Tools
Make sure you have the essentials:
  • Quality running shoes
  • Gym access or weights (for hybrid or strength plans)
  • Download and set up Strava and Final Surge
Follow me on Strava (Nathan Wilkins) and send me your email through text (603-831-9889) — you’ll receive a Final Surge invite where your workouts will be uploaded.Please create your profile and upload your completed workouts weekly.
3. Training Plan Delivery & Feedback
Weekly Plans
Your custom plans will be delivered weekly through Final Surge, including running workouts, strength sessions, and nutrition guidance on Sundays.
Tracking Progress
Log your workouts and note how you feel, any challenges, or key wins. Tracking metrics such as pace, distance, heart rate, or recovery will help us measure your progress accurately.
Check-Ins
I'll be sending out a weekly check in form to see what progress you've made throughout the week.
4. Communication and Support
Preferred Communication: Text or Instagram messages — whichever works best for you.Personal Phone Number: 603-831-9889
Response Time: You can expect a reply within 24–48 hours on weekdays. If you have an urgent question, reach out and I’ll respond as soon as possible.
5. Policies and Terms
Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 6 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a call.
Program Updates: Training plans are adjusted as needed based on your progress. Communicate any changes you’d like to make
.Payments: All payments are handled through Stripe.Legal: Once your email is submitted, I’ll send you the official Iron Will Run Coaching contract to sign.
6. Getting Started
Here’s how to begin your journey:
  1. Complete your Athlete Intake Form
  2. Schedule your first onboarding call: https://calendly.com/nwilkins089/30min
  3. Create your Final Surge profile once you receive your invitation.
  4. Prepare your training equipment (running shoes, gym access, etc.).
  5. Begin training once your first plan is delivered.
