One thing I've consistently found through research and practical experience is that motivation is unreliable.
It comes.
It goes.
But systems, environment, and repeated behaviours often determine long-term outcomes far more than temporary motivation.
Which is encouraging.
Because it means you don't have to feel motivated all the time.
You just need to keep moving forward.
