Add more lending options in Alabama- Hard money
Morning!
I'm an investor and realtor for the past 8 years here in the Birmingham, AL MSA and a loan consultant for the past 3 years. I'm looking to add more hard money lenders to the mix on deals that don't quite fit my 'go-to' lender so looking to connect with anyone else that has a proven lender that will be a decent referral partner.
