New from Michigan!

Hello, I’m new to this community. I come from a family of real estate investors but they were able to go big because of their income. I love real estate investing but hoping to build a portfolio and maybe down the road get into bigger investments. We have to start somewhere. I have a background in investment management and recently got my real estate license in MI. These section 8 rental homes are for the future and my jobs now are for the present.
