Hello everyone, and welcome. Congratulations on taking this critical step to advance your career. If you're here, you're likely a law enforcement officer or a security guard looking to move into a corporate security role, and you're not sure how to bridge that gap.
I get it. You have crisis management, leadership and many, many other skills corporations need, but translating that experience into a resume or interview answers a recruiter understands is a major hurdle.
My name is Dominic Venturi, and I built this community to be the resource I wish I had.
I've walked this exact path. My 20+ year career with the FBI led me to my current role as a Senior Director of Corporate Security of a major corporation. I built security programs from the ground up, hired and managed large teams and handled everything from executive protection to complex fraud investigations.
In the Classroom Tab, I draw upon my vast experience and share with you what corporations are really looking for. Equally important, I share how to effectively communicate during the interview and resume-writing stages. Please use these free resources and if you have questions or need more personalized help, book a call with me at:
