Last month I bought one of the $250Ks from Apex during the sale. Mainly so I could practice on WealthCharts at a discount. I like the bigger accounts because they have more flexibility and I think they must fit my personality better because I'm sorry, a couple micros creeping up a few dollars at a time really just isn't getting me too excited lol. With the bigger accounts you about have to trade minis or you'll never get anywhere. So here is my question, and before you come back with, it's up to you, it depends on how much risk your willing to take...blah blah. Is it worth letting it renew? The renewal fee is $88, I had always planned on canceling it before the renewal date. But since I managed to NOT blow it up over the month I'm wondering if I should actually try to pass it lol. With a $16,000 limit to reach it seems a little silly when you could have had several payouts on a $50K by then. But if it WAS a 50K I think I would have blown it up at least twice over the last month. Do you have to have a $16K buffer before you get a payout in a PA? That would be 32K in profits before I reached a payout, but maybe this is what I need to stay focused. IDK hell. I also don't see anywhere that they give you a reset credit after it renews, only if you failed. If any of you guys have used these bigger account please chime in and let me know what you think. @Stephen Gerald Onyia
