Jupiter Meditation #4 ✔️
I finally caught up with the replay of the Jupiter meditation.
I had lots of excuses for skipping it, but I chose to show up anyway.
Puh… that was hard. I really resonated with , my forearms were burning throughout the whole meditation, and I didn’t really feel the support or pain relief, which brought up some grief around not feeling supported.
I was blown away by experience of a stag visiting during the meditation...wow, so incredible and powerful! ✨
Glad I showed up… and also glad to have it behind me 😅
