If you are like me, December can be pretty overwhelming with all the commitments and catchups on top of regular life.
I love it, but if I don't take the time to rest and recover, I burn out.
So rather than go through that cycle again, I've decided to preemptively implement some self-care and I am inviting you to do the same (making it a challenge to keep us all accountable to one another... and more importantly ourselves)!
HOW TO JOIN THE DECEMBER SELF-CARE CHALLANGE:
Pick one small act of self-care you can do every day to stay grounded and regulated. Something that feels nourishing, simple, and doable.
eg:
- Music
- Reading
- Take a bath
- Meditation
- Nature walk
- Exercise
- Cup of tea
- Journaling
Or choose something you’ll cut back on this month to ease the pressure.
