As we step into a new week, I want to invite you to pause for a moment before the “professional you” takes over.
Take a breath. Feel your feet on the ground. Notice whatever is here without judgement.
In silence with yourself, reflect on these questions. If you practice tarot, you may also reflect with your cards the following:
- How am I really arriving in this new week? (emotionally, mentally, energetically)
- What am I carrying with me from last week that I’d like to gently set down?
- Where do I feel a quiet pull toward something different - more rest, more honesty, more courage, more intuition?

- One intention you’re setting for yourself this week
