Step 2 — Start noticing your daily patterns.
Where do you delay?
Where do you avoid?
Where do you say you will… but don’t?
Awareness comes before change.
Step 3 — Focus on ONE small contract.
Not ten. Not five. One.
Something simple. Something real.
When you say you will do it — do it.
Step 4 — Begin your nightly routine.
Change is reinforced at night, not in moments of emotion.
Consistency builds familiarity. Familiarity builds stability.
