Is the Service Section Thumbnail Only a LinkedIn Premium Feature?

Hi Everyone, I have a question. I’ve seen many profiles with a services section where they display their service as a clickable thumbnail. I’ve designed service section thumbnails for my own clients as well.

However, when I tried to do the same for myself, it doesn’t show upfront on my services section.

You have to click “See all services” and scroll down to view it.

Is this feature only available for LinkedIn Premium users, allowing the service section thumbnail to be displayed upfront?

The first picture is my client’s services section. The second picture shows my own services section, where the thumbnail appears only after clicking “See all services” and scrolling.
