All the hate you see in the world is the result of people projecting their shadow onto scapegoats.
Your shadow is the part of yourself that you have denied disowned and dissociated from your conscious ego because it causes you to feel the pain of shame and guilt i.e. unworthy of love.
Your shadow is your unowned self loathing.
The problem is your denial and disowning of this aspect of yourself doesn't make it go away. You still feel the pain of it - as a general feeling of unease, anxiety, insecurity, ennui, scarcity and unhappiness - because it remains a part of you.
And it always will remain a part of you no matter how much you try to deny and disown it. No matter how much alcohol you drink or weed you smoke or sex you have or sport you watch and reality tv you consume.
So in an attempt to not feel the pain of your own denied and disowned shadow (self loathing) you PROJECT it onto a scapegoat.
The most convenient scapegoats are romantic partners with whom you share your most vulnerable moments, family members that you live with and compete with for attention approval and validation and any person or group of people that have opposite beliefs to you.
Or are of a different gender to you.
Or skin colour.
Or religion.
Or ideology.
Or age group.
etc.
Hence, all the hate you see in the world is the result of people projecting their shadow onto scapegoats.
If there is any person or group of people you hate, study and practice of The Way of Mastery will show you how to bring loving awareness to the disowned and denied parts of yourself so they can be forgiven healed and reclaimed as the abandoned children of your being that they actually are.
Once reclaimed embraced and forgiven, your abandoned children become your increased light of love/consciousness and you shine brighter than you ever did before.
