5 Steps to Living a Rich Meaningful & Fulfilling Life WITHOUT Suffering or Unhappiness
Congratulations for being an independent thinker and non conformist with a growth mindset and a good sense of humour.
That is the only type of person who would respond to my ridiculously long, deadly serious yet tongue-in-cheek, meme filled video ads about Ego Transcendence, Reclaiming Authorship of Your Life from the Ghosts of the Past, Protecting Yourself from Big Tech Brain Hacking and Winning the Game of Life by Mastering Yourself.
Because my ads are designed to filter OUT anyone who is NOT that type of person.
Okay first things first. I have good news and bad news.
(And then some more good news.)
The good news is that you have all the qualities and characteristics needed to Create the EXACT Life Your Heart Desires by Cultivating The Witness, Mastering the Mirror Principle by Mastering Yourself and thus climbing the Ego/Consciousness Development ladder to Level 9 at which point Suffering, Unhappiness and Unfulfillment will be nothing but a memory for you and your Outer Life will Reflect the Heavenly State of your Inner Life.

The bad news is that in today's Algorithm Managed, AI Hijacked, Attention Economy Driven, NPC Generating online world, where $Trillion industries profit from suppressing your Ego/Consciousness Development and keeping you part of the Herd/Hive Mind that is programmed by the news, entertainment and social media into mindless conformist mediocrity - i.e. below Level 6 - you are almost certainly not going to put Suffering Unhappiness and Unfulfillment in the rear view mirror and create the Rich Meaningful & Fulfilling outer life which mirrors that without the Help Support Guidance and Accountability buddying of someone who has already done so.
The second bit of good news is that I AM that someone and the fact that you are reading this post means YOU are someone that is capable of being that someone too.

HOW TO CULTIVATE THE WITNESS THE KEY TO GOING BEYOND LEVEL 6
"The unexamined life is not worth living."

Living an examined life is absolutely essential to escaping the black hole like gravitational pull of level 6.
What does it mean to live an examined life?
It means to Self Reflect.
- To reflect upon your habitual patterns of thought especially those which stress you out and cause you suffering such as thoughts that say "you're not good enough" or "that bitch/bastard is to blame for my miserable life" (when no one forced you to marry her/him) or "I'm fucked. That stupid mistake I made has ruined my life."
- It means to reflect on and think critically about your ideological beliefs - in particular those tied to a political party, religion or an "ism" such as Marxism Capitalism Progressivism Feminism Atheism or Satanism 😈
- It means to observe what triggers emotional reactivity in you. What words ideas or actions trigger you. What people or groups of people. What ideas or ideologies.
What it means to Self Reflect in order to live an examined life was best expressed by Carl Jung when he said.
"People will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own souls. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious."
You develop and eventually transcend your ego (and consequently Suffering Unhappiness and Unfulfillment) by making the unconscious (subconscious scripts, limiting beliefs and emotional wounds) conscious.
And there is really only one way to make the unconscious conscious and that is by Cultivating The Witness.
This is because The Witness (Heart Consciousness as opposed to Head Consciousness) is Non Judgmental Non Reactive Unconditioned Awareness.
When we look at our thoughts beliefs and emotional wounds without The Witness we cannot help but make value judgments about what we see - this is good/bad right/wrong better/worst - because that is the nature of the ego, to judge and compare.
This makes our seeing conditional i.e. I will look at the thoughts/beliefs/emotional wounds that are positive/pleasurable to look at (feel) but I will avoid or resist looking at the thoughts/beliefs/emotional wounds that are negative/painful to look at (feel).
The problem with this of course is that almost every thought/belief/emotional wound that is in our unconscious is negative/painful. Because that's why we pushed it down into our unconscious in the first place - it was so negative/painful to look at (feel) that we suppressed our awareness of it by denying or disowning it.
That's why we have to look at things with The Witness because unlike the ego it is NON JUDGEMENTAL and sets no conditions.
There is a well known expression "people don't change"
This is generally true.
Most people don't change.
Meaning most people don't grow past the Novice Level of the Game of Life aka Ego levels 3-6.
They hit levels 3-6 in their early 20s and die (full of regret) at levels 3-6 half a century later.
The reason most people don't change/grow is that most people never Cultivate The Witness.
And so most people live an unexamined life.
A life that is quite literally NOT WORTH LIVING.

1. I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
This regret reflects the realization that many people conform to societal expectations rather than pursuing their own dreams and desires.
2. I wish I hadn’t worked so hard.
Many individuals expressed regret over spending excessive time on work, often at the expense of family and personal relationships. This regret emphasizes the importance of work-life balance.
3. I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings.
People often hold back their emotions, leading to unresolved issues and strained relationships. This regret highlights the need for open communication and emotional honesty.
4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
As life progresses, maintaining friendships can become challenging. Many expressed regret over losing touch with important people in their lives, underscoring the value of nurturing relationships.
5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.
This regret points to the tendency to prioritize responsibilities and worries over joy and fulfilment. It serves as a reminder to embrace happiness and seek joy in everyday life.
The challenge of escaping levels 3-6 and thus avoiding The Top 5 Regrets of the Dying, boils down to WALKING THROUGH YOUR FEAR AS IT ARISES
I capitalised that phrase because it is the simplest and most accurate way to describe what you have to do if you want to Master Yourself i.e. heal and grow and transcend your Ego so that you live a Rich Meaningful and Fulfilling Life WITHOUT Suffering or Unhappiness and you don't end up dying unhappy and full of regret.
Be very clear there is ONLY ONE REASON that the vast majority of people never change, never heal their trauma, never grow beyond level 6 and never transcend their Ego.
FEAR.
Plain and simple. Don't overthink it.
If you are stuck or blocked or regressing in you personal life, career or relationships it is because you are not facing and walking through your fear.
This is true 100% of the time.
The only reason you don't see this is because your Ego's number 1 Avoidance Strategy is to RATIONALIZE and JUSTIFY your fear-based choices as "necessary" "common sense" "realistic" "practical" "prudent" "sensible" "self loving" "obvious" and "just who I am", so that you don't have to face and walk through your fear.
The price of Ego Transcendence and making Unhappiness Suffering and Unfulfillment nothing more than a memory is very simple - Conquering your fear.
In life, either you conquer you fear or your fear conquers you.
There is no middle ground.
"Conquering your fear" sounds more daunting than it actually is. So think about it like this:
All you have to do to create the life of your dreams is to become the YOU of your dreams.
And all you have to do to become the you of your dreams...
...is to be BRAVE enough to step outside of your comfort zone on a daily basis.
Just take it one day at a time.
When you wake up in the morning just decide that
"TODAY I will step outside of my comfort zone. I can stay in my comfort zone for 99% of the day but
AT LEAST ONCE Today I will step out of my comfort zone."
A journey of a 1000 miles begins with a single step.
Each day that you keep your commitment to yourself to step out of your comfort zone at least once,
is a single step in your journey to Self Mastery.

THE BLOCK TO SURPASSING LEVEL 7
The block to surpassing level 7 is Integrating your Shadow.
Your Shadow is all the aspects of your personality/ego that you believed caused your parents/loved ones/caregivers to withdraw their love from you as a child.
The primary need of every child is the unconditional love of their parents/caregivers. However because most parents never reach level 9 most parents are not capable of loving their children unconditionally.
They will at times judge their children as "bad" or "naughty" or "a pain in the ass."
And judgment is the opposite of love.
Love accepts the beloved exactly as they are.
Most mothers love their newborns unconditionally.
But as the baby grows into a toddler and starts making a mess, breaking things, throwing tantrums and refusing to eat/go to bed on time, almost all mother's love becomes conditional on whether her child is being a "good" boy/girl or a "bad" boy/girl.
And (under the age of 7) every time we are judged (or neglected or abused) by our mothers or fathers (or caregivers, siblings, relatives, teachers, close friends) as being "bad" (which we interpret as "unworthy of love") we feel that they have withdrawn their love.
This is an absolutely untenable position for a child to be in so the child will reflexively and automatically DISOWN and DENY whatever aspect of their personality/ego caused their parent/loved one/caregiver/authority figure to withdraw their love in a desperate attempt to regain the love they feel they have lost.
Every time this happens and a part of our personality/ego is disowned/denied and becomes unconscious we are creating a "shadow self" made of all of the parts of us that we hate/disown/deny.
As Chase said in the Ego Development video - Level 7 is the first level where you "know yourself."
The reason the levels 3-6 don't "know themselves" (even though they think they do) is because half of their ego lives in the shadowy darkness of their unconscious.
So to become a WHOLE & HEALED person that is aware of ALL aspects of your Self you must Integrate Your Shadow.

Here's the secret: Your Perceptions are your Projections.
This is summed up by the wisdom teaching

"The Role of the Brain"
The brain plays a crucial role in vision, as it not only processes the incoming signals but also integrates them with past experiences and contextual information to help us understand what we see.
The key part of that sentence is "integrates them with past experiences and contextual information"
In practice the "past experiences" the brain draws on to "help us understand what we see" are made up of the value judgments we made about things similar to what we are seeing and the emotional states that were associated with those value judgments.
And the "contextual information" the brain draws on to "help us understand what we see" are actually our deeply held limiting beliefs, our subconscious scripts, our value system, our emotional trauma, our biased ego interpretations, our hopes and dreams and fears and wishes and fantasies.
In other words what we PERCEIVE a person to be is actually what we PROJECT onto them.
This is something we all intuitively understand but it is only at level 8 or above that are we honest enough to acknowledge and integrate this reality into our worldview and consequently the way we see and treat people i.e. cease judging them.
Take Donald Trump for example.
A progressive liberal with pink hair and a septum piercing looks at him and sees the Devil incarnate.
A 52 year old good ole boy MAGA hat wearing Sherriff in Tennessee looks at him and sees the saviour of America.
They are both looking at the same person but they see TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PEOPLE.
It is only at level 8 that you realise that you are projecting ALL THE TIME.
This is why at level 8 you see people as mirrors who reflect who you are back to you, because you recognise that you are only ever seeing in people what you have unconsciously projected onto them.
When you WORSHIP some Celebrity, Actor Musician or legendary sportsman like Michael Jordan or Lionel Messi you are projecting your HIGHER SELF onto them.
When you DESPISE some politician or public figure like Trump or Hilary Clinton or Andrew Tate or Destiny you are projecting your SHADOW onto them.
Chase Hughes pointed out in the Ego Development video that level 8 is where Judgement Self Righteousness and Suffering begin to disappear from your life.
Here's why.
We all like to think that we abide by the Golden Rule: "do unto others as you would have it done unto you."
Yet at the same time NO ONE wants to be judged yet WE ALL judge others.
So in truth we are all hypocrites who CONSTANTLY break the Golden Rule.
This is something to remember whenever you are tempted to make the error of imagining yourself to be morally superior to someone else.
Our Judgment of others is 100% caused by our Projections onto others.
Basically Projection is Judgment and Judgment is Projection.
And our SELF RIGHTEOUS CERTAINTY that we know who the "bad guys" are and who the "good guys" are and that we are most DEFINITELY one of the "good guys" is based 100% on our Projections/Judgments.
The problem with all this is that NON DUALITY is the TRUTH and Separation is an Illusion.
Reality is a Unified Field i.e. WE ARE ALL ONE
This means that what you do to another you do to yourself.
And what you fail to do for another you fail to do for yourself.
This is why the Greatest Enlightened Master of all time taught us to LOVE OUR ENEMIES.
(N.B. Yes Jesus taught Non Dual Awakening, but he was so far ahead of his time that hardly anyone - except a few Essene Gnostics - understood just how deep and transformative his teachings really were. Until the were unearthed in Nag Hammadi in 1948 and Carl Jung got a chance to study them - see video #6)
We all know the pain of being judged and how it causes us to suffer.
But because WE ARE ALL ONE every time we judge others we are actually judging OURSELVES.
And rest assured psychologically speaking, we experience all the SUFFERING of the judgments we make about others as worry, doubt, neurosis, anxiety, depression, self loathing, problems sleeping, nightmares etc.
(N.B. This is what the biblical saying "Judge not, lest ye be judged" really means).
This means that our Judgmental Projections onto others along with our Self Righteous Certainty that we are "good" and others are "bad" or "less than" us, is actually the PRIMARY source of our suffering.
There are many ways we create our suffering - negative self talk, guilt, shame, unworthiness, doubt, beating ourselves up etc. - but the main cause, is our Judgment of and Projection onto, others/ourselves.
The only way to stop Projecting/Judging - and thus massively reduce our suffering
is to take TOTAL Responsibility for your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, choices & decisions.
In other words to take RADICAL Responsibility for the your entire experience of life.
To live by the mantra: "Everything under my skin is mine!"
My happiness and my unhappiness is on me.
My anger and my joy is on me.
My resentment and my forgiveness is on me
My guilt & shame and my self love & self worth is on me.
No one else is responsible for how I think, how I feel, what I choose and how I act.
In other other words to totally completely and utterly OWN YOUR SHIT!
So that it doesn't leak out onto other people as your Self Righteous Judgmental Shadow Projections.
By doing this you automatically and immediately ERASE the vast majority of the suffering you experience.
And by the time you've reached level 8 you will no longer be creating suffering for yourself due to negative self talk, guilt, shame, unworthiness, doubt, beating yourselves up etc. because you will have disidentified from your ego to a significant enough degree that you will have largely outgrown these immature patterns of thinking/states of consciousness.
So in effect RADICAL Responsibility marks the END of SUFFERING and the beginning of Ego Transcendence.

This is why taking RADICAL Responsibility catapults you up to level 9.
It is the most EMPOWERING thing you will EVER do for yourself.

(N.B. Observation is NOT Judgment. You can observe or Witness "bad" actions and "bad behaviour" and you can acknowledge that they are bad i.e. selfish deceitful harmful manipulative exploitative etc.
WITHOUT projecting your own shadow material as judgment onto the person carrying out those actions)
The difference between observation and judgment is emotional charge. There is no emotional charge when you are simply observing someone's behaviour without judgment (think Spock from Star Trek) whereas when someone's behaviour irritates, annoys or triggers you then you are most definitely judging them.
So when your observations begin to turn into judgments remember what the Christians say:
"hate the sin not the sinner"
(Yes, even a broken clock is right twice a day)
THE REASON LEVEL 6 (Conscientious) THINKS IT'S AT LEVEL 9 (Integrated)
Chase Hughes misspoke when he said level 5 coaches think they are level 9.
He meant to say that level 6 coaches think they are at level 9.
Firstly people at level 5 don't imagine they can coach anyone. They're are too busy trying to live up to the expectations of their parents spouses employers customers and clients (so they can feel "good enough" and maintain their sense of self esteem) to have the time energy or focus to help others achieve their goals.
And they generally don't suffer from delusions of grandeur either.
That is the province of Levels 2 & 3 (Arrested Development or Ideological Possession based Regression) and level 6.
For two very different reasons.
Someone stuck at level 2 or 3 is either suffering from a Cluster B personality Disorder.
NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder)
ASPD (Anti-Social Personality Disorder
Histrionic
Borderline...or has been ideologically possessed by an infantilizing ideology (such as Intersectionality) that divides people into 2 groups - Oppressed Victims vs Villainous Oppressors.
I'm sure I don't need to explain how this type of person might have delusions of grandeur.
But why do Conscientious Level 6 people - who have begun to recognize that their whole self (or soul) takes priority over their egoic/materialistic desires and have consequently begun to self reflect on their behaviour and how it impacts others and try to "do what's right" because it's what they believe in - think they are at Level 9?
(N.B. If you want to know what a level 6 person who thinks they are level 9 looks like, look no further than a Social Justice Warrior on the left or a "Red Pill Awakened" Truther on the right.)
(N.B. Those level 6s who are Atheist and don't believe in "the soul" see their whole self as the collective of mankind i.e. they are humanists and see "Humanity" as their whole self or Soul. Unless of course they are Satanists/Psychopathic/Sociopathic Atheists in which case they see their ego AS their whole self. In other words they see the Ego (themselves) as God - "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law"

The thing is, in order to "do what's right" you have to understand what is right and why it is right and who it is right for and under what circumstances and within which contexts.
But if "what's right" is based on your beliefs...
...particularly the pre-established and conditioned beliefs of Academics and Intellectuals who are generally speaking disconnected from their Heart brain (and thus the Witness) massively culturally conditioned by ruling elite values and thus hugely biased and wounded with an Axe to grind (and often a bra to burn)...
...or the pre-established and conditioned beliefs taught by Biblical/Quranic/Rabbinical Scholars and Theologians who are usually suffering from the same ruling elite conditioning as their secular counterparts in addition to the perceived moral superiority and arrogance that comes with believing yours is the "one true god"
...all of the complexity and nuance of trying to discover "what's right" goes out of the window in favour of SELF RIGHTEOUS CERTAINTY and it's attendant "need to be right" even when you are wrong.
And trust me (because I know from direct personal experience) that the arrogance which comes from judgmental projection based self righteous certainty and thus needing to be right even when deep down you haven't got a fucking clue, is the fuel that drives the engine of delusions of grandeur.
Don't worry, life did a number on me and humbled me right back down to suicidal rock bottom.
So I'm all better now 😏

As a 59 year old father of 2 and granddad of one, I have lived a epic tragicomic rollercoaster of a life full of mistakes and catastrophes and stupidities and cruelties and beauty and grace and miracles.
All of this lead me to being properly suicidal three times in my life.
On the first occasion (at age 24) I was miraculously saved by the still small voice of my soul/God's love and was graced with a transformation in my consciousness that quantum leaped me from level 2 to level 5.
On the second occasion (at age 35) my soul/God's Love/Grace quantum leaped me from level 5 to level 10 (for 7 months) then down to level 9 for about a year. But within 3 years I had fully regressed back to level 6.
My third brush with suicide led to a Near death Experience which resulted in me having my right leg amputated below the knee, which turned out to be the (second) best thing that has ever happened to me (that rhymes😃) as it was the previously mentioned Divine humbling that I so badly needed.
In the 18 years since then I have actually put in the work (no more quantum leaps) to develop my ego/consciousness and for the last 8 years that work has been utterly transformative because it took the form of EFFECTIVE daily Spiritual Practices and HYPER EFFICIENT Living meditations.
The Moral of the Story?
Despite all of the stupid selfish things I've done and all the people I'd hurt I knew that I did those things out of fear and guilt and shame and ignorance, because of my wounding, not because I was a "bad" person.
I KNEW I was a "good" person and I wanted to prove it. Not just to other people but more importantly to myself.
8 years on and life has taught me that EVERYONE the world considers to be a "bad" person because of the bad things they have done, was just like me.
They were acting out of fear and guilt and shame and ignorance because of their trauma and wounding, not because they are inherently "bad" people.
Simply put ONLY hurt people, hurt people.
And yes this includes psychopaths and sociopaths too.
In fact they are the most deeply wounded "hurt" people of all.
Remember the vast majority of people who rape children were raped as children.
The bottom line is just because you are a hurt person who has done terrible things it doesn't change the fact that at the SOUL LEVEL (which is the only level that matters) you Remain a Perfect Innocent Child of God who is Loved Loving and Loveable FOREVER.
And if you can overcome your self loathing, guilt and shame and acknowledge your SOUL's Innocence regardless of the hypocritical judgments of other people (let he who is without sin cast the first stone) the best way to PROVE those who believe that you are inherently "bad" wrong, is to HEAL & GROW and become THE VERY BEST version of yourself - the Level 9 SOUL REALIZED version of yourself - so that your inherent "Goodness" SHINES through you in a way that is Absolutely UNDENIABLE.
Just sayin.
Before I discovered the importance of Spiritual Practice and Living Meditation, for the first 10 years of my 18 year Ego Transcendence journey, progress was painfully slow because I kept choosing the wrong Enlightenment pathways.
They were all either from the East - and consequently made for the Eastern Mind which is very different from the Western mind - or they were Western knock offs of Eastern paths created by fake gurus/grifters - I'm looking at you Balanced View/Candice O'Denver.
All they did was lead me down the garden path and into a dead end while costing me $an arm and a leg.

So 8 years ago, after 10 years of "doing the work" - as it's called in spiritual circles - and getting nowhere I was STILL stuck in level 6 - which is notoriously hard to escape from due to the Level 6 "do what is right" virtue signalling, moral high horse conceit which compels you to try to do "what is right" even though you don't actually know what that is because you are too busy projecting your unowned shit onto everyone and everything to actually be able to see anything but your own shadow.
So I gave up.
I quit being a spiritual seeker and decided to just try and be a good person.
I moved back to London from the centre of woo woo New Age pseudo spirituality - Totnes: where you're never more than 9 yards away from an Aromatherapist - and got myself a job as a care worker for autistic teenage boys.
It was the typical "shit pay but super rewarding job" that ex-spiritual losers like me tended to gravitate toward.
I had taken one of my lads - Bradley - out to Tower bridge for the day (he was 6' 3 and about 250lbs) and he had an autistic episode which caused him to try to run into very fast moving traffic and it took all my strength and all of a nightmarish 30 seconds to hold onto him and stop him from unwittingly committing suicide by car.
That really shook me. He almost died because I was distracted.
I loved this kid and I could never forgive myself if he died or was seriously injured on my watch.
So that night I decided that my only goal in life was to be the world's best care worker for autistic teenage boys. And I started to look for books and courses that would help me to do that.
And just like when you give up looking for your car keys and they suddenly appear right under your nose, the book that I bought in order to learn how to be a world class care worker also happened to be the greatest Ego Transcendence Manual/Enlightenment Pathway of all time.

Grace had descended upon me once again for the fourth time.

The wonderful thing about being every form and shape and texture of loser while also experiencing multiple extended periods of winning at life in epic ways (hence the name Paradox, which was given to me by the tree I lived under for 7 months) is that it cultivates deep humility and compassion for the human condition as well as an indefatigable optimism and belief in the power of the human spirit to overcome anything and everything life throws at you.

On top of my VERY hard earned life wisdom, over the last 23 years I have studied and (to some degree at least) practiced almost every Enlightenment pathway there is - Tibetan & Zen Buddhism, Advaita Vedanta, Neo Advaita, Kashmiri Shaivism, Taoism, Sufism, Vipassana, Shamanism, Kabbalah, Hermeticism, Christian Mysticism and Gnosticism.
Although I have tremendous respect for each path and their genuine practitioners (all of the above paths can bring you home)
the path I found when I was a care worker - The Way of Mastery - pisses all over them.
And it's not close.
I know this because after only 3 years of practicing The Way of Mastery I was able escape level 6 and zoom through Level 7 to Level 8 and zoom through Level 8 to Level 9 which caused some of my friends to ask me "What the fuck happened? How did you become so Christ-like so fast?"
So I told them "The Way of Mastery nigga! It's da bomb".
This led me to Mentoring a couple of dozen friends and friends of friends in The Way of Mastery over the past 5 years (see the Testimonial video below).
And without exception the mentees that practiced diligently with discipline and joy (joy and humour is an ESSENTIAL part of The Way of Mastery as you can probably tell - because God IS the Cosmic Joker and the more One with Her you become the funnier everything in the Dream of Separation becomes) shot up the Ego/Consciousness Development charts just as quickly as I did...some even faster (I'm looking at you Sharmila!)

A side benefit of spending so much time on less direct/effective Enlightenment pathways before coming to The Way of Mastery - the Mother of ALL Enlightenment Pathways - is that this juxtaposition has allowed me to become an MGSBD or Military Grade Spiritual Bullshit Detector!
Which is very useful when mentoring someone who has read a lot of spiritual books and watched a lot of spiritual videos by Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, Mooji, Ram Dass, Michael A Singer, Sad Guru, Osho etc. and therefore thinks understanding spiritual ideas and concepts makes you spiritual.
When in reality ONLY spiritual PRACTICE makes you spiritual.
Spirituality is about making the unconscious conscious so you can grow as a person by disidentifying with and eventually transcending your ego.
And making the unconscious conscious requires that you walk through your fears and be with your pain on a daily basis aka step outside your comfort zone every day.
No matter how much you read about spirituality, or watch spiritual videos, or believe in spiritual ideas, or think spiritual thoughts if you are not WALKING THROUGH YOUR FEAR & BEING WITH YOUR PAIN DAILY; CULTIVATING THE WITNESS; INTEGRATING YOUR SHADOW & OWNING YOUR PROJECTIONS - short of God's Grace descending upon you and causing a temporary quantum leap in your consciousness - all you are doing is SPIRITUAL BYPASSING.
You certainly are not Growing or Developing or Healing or Awakening.
Most spiritual teachers, coaches and gurus won't tell you this of course, for the same reason that psychotherapists rarely tell their female clients that THEY not their husbands/boyfriends are the source of their unhappiness.
As Thomas Sowell put it
“When you want to help people, you tell them the truth. When you want to help yourself, you tell them what they want to hear.”
Most people who consider themselves "spiritual" don't want to hear that they are just indulging in virtue signalling, ego boosting, crystal hugging, astrology justifying, New Age rationalizing, wounded inner child enabling, denial of shadow projecting, feel good spiritual bypassing that ensures suffering unhappiness and unfulfillment will remain with them until the day they die (and into their next lifetime).
If you are one of those kind of people I am NOT the mentor for you.
Because I will ALWAYS tell you the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help me God.
Regardless of whether you want to hear it or not.
Trust me when I say that if you are A REAL ONE and you make the wise decision to hire me as your mentor and I inevitably start calling you out for spiritual bypassing you will eventually THANK me for doing so.
Because you will finally become UNSTUCK.
You will make PROGRESS in ways you never have before.

Why? Because it reminds them that they don't really love themselves enough to follow their hearts, pursue their dreams and care for their souls.
And that's why it is ESSENTIAL you plug yourself into a Network of like minded people on the same journey with the same goal who will be MORE than happy to reciprocate the support encouragement advice and accountability that you bring to the group.

Then the in group will give you the Attention Approval Validation (LOVE) and Sense of Self Worth & Meaning (PURPOSE) you so desperately crave.
And in any case "Ego Transcendence" & "Non Dual Awakening" are nothing more than superstitious nonsense/blasphemous heresy/only for special people and so they are NOT something you should be wasting time thinking about unless you want to be judged as a weirdo/fool/heretic and ostracised from our RIGHTEOUS in group that has all the answers.

And the fact is NO AMOUNT of watching videos or reading books will get you to Level 9.
Because watching videos and reading books is well within your comfort zone.
And the only way to get to Level 9 and thus to live the life of your dreams is by...all together now...
stepping OUTSIDE of your comfort zone on a daily basis.
Simply put, your prioritization of Comfort and Safety over Healing, Growth and Awakening (ie Your FEAR) is the ONLY thing standing between the life you are currently living and the Rich Meaningful Fulfilling Life WITHOUT Suffering or Unhappiness that you were BORN to live because your SOUL wants to live it.
But the choice to be a SLAVE to your FEAR is - paradoxically - your FREE WILL choice.
And I can only honour and respect the FREE WILL choice of my fellow PERFECT CHILD OF GOD.
So rather than do what most other online coaches/mentors do at this point i.e. create artificial scarcity by pretending that if your don't Upgrade TODAY the price will go up...

This is the final boss of objections because it is the only truly valid objection to upgrading and paying for Premium Membership. All the other objections people have are really just rationalizations and justifications for their FEAR.
Their fear of failure.
Their fear of "not being good enough" for the life of their dreams.
Their fear that they don't really deserve a life without suffering.
Their fear that they are not worthy of Awakening or Enlightenment.
But the "why are you charging for something that you should be giving for free" objection is not about fear. It is about recognising that the overwhelming majority of people that are trying to "sell you happiness" online, are AT BEST completely full of shit and thus unable to deliver on their promises...
...and AT WORST greedy grifters that don't give a damn about your happiness except for the fact they can use your desire for it to extract money out of you.
This is the MOTHER of valid objections.
Fortunately I have the BIG DADDY of answers to this objection.
Here it is.
For most of the last 8 years I HAVE been mentoring people for free.
You are absolutely right. A spiritual teacher (I don't describe myself as such - I am a Self Mastery Mentor - because so many of them turn out to be corrupt grifters who sleep with all their young nubile female devotees and extract maximum profit from their wealthy but deluded followers. But I know that many traditional spiritual seekers who see what I'm offering, will describe me as a "spiritual teacher" and lump me in with disgraced spiritual teachers like the Moojis and Andrew Cohens of this world. So it is what it is) a genuine spiritual teacher gives of themselves freely and selflessly to teach others - by example - that they do not have to suffer because their true nature is peace joy love and happiness.
So doesn't the fact that I am charging for my mentorship mean I am doing this for selfish ego reasons rather than as selfless service to my fellow man (and woman) to relieve them of suffering?
Well yes and no.
And...
...you are absolutely right again. If I have Mastered myself and thus Mastered the Mirror Principle I should be able to create the exact life I desire without having to charge people a monthly subscription.
After all, is that any different from the original direct mail scam, where the grifter runs an ad which says
"I will show you how to make easy money and get rich quick. Just send $10 to this PO box for my full instructions."
And of course the instructions the sucker receives after sending their money are
"Run an ad telling people you can show them how to make easy money and get rich quick if they send you $10"
Isn't me asking people to pay me to learn how to create the exact life they desire pretty much the same scheme?

Let's address part 1 of this valid objection.

Let me explain.
For the 10 years that I gave talks and ran workshops on how to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life I did it for free and accepted donations from those who wished to give them.
Then for most of the last 8 years of creating video courses and running mentoring groups I didn't even ask for donations I just did it for free because I loved doing it and I didn't want to price anybody out of what I was offering.
In fact, The Only Way Out is IN was completely free with no paid upgrade level for the first 4 months of it's existence.
What this means is that for the last 18 years I have selflessly served my fellow man (and women) instead of serving my selfish ego's desire to "get rich or die trying"
The ONLY reason I decided to start charging subscriptions/a fee is because I discovered that people who are currently identified with their egos (i.e. everyone who I want to help transcend their egos/my target audience) who aren't already your friends DO NOT VALUE THINGS THEY GET FOR FREE.
For the first 4 months of running this skool community I would spend 12-16 hours a day creating content, responding to comments, answering questions and providing guidance. In return all I heard was the sound of crickets and tumbleweed.
This was a pattern I first noticed 16 years ago with my free workshops. When you give people your time and energy for free the selfish human ego assumes IT'S NOT WORTH VERY MUCH.
After all the top lawyers and doctors and pro athletes charge $thousands/hour for their services and people who can afford them will happily pay because the human ego equates high prices with high value.
Conversely it equates low prices with low value. And prices don't get any lower that free.
So the reason I decided to charge $30/mth for Group Mentoring and $300/mth for 1 to 1 Mentoring is so that people who upgrade would...
a) take me seriously as an experienced professional mentor and not just some fly-by-night amateur
b) value my time (and theirs)
c) Actually follow instructions and DO THE WORK because they don't want to feel like they are wasting their money.
Now let's address part 2 of this valid objection.
Isn't me asking people to pay me to learn how to create the exact life they desire pretty much the same as the classic direct mail get rich quick scam?
Yes and no.
Yes. I am charging money to instruct some people who primarily want to make money, how to use the Mirror Principle to do that.
No. I am not running a Pyramid scheme where I just tell people to do what I have done (build a freemium skool community) to make money.
And even more importantly I am not even targeting the "I want to make money" audience.
You will notice that both the About Page and this post are very clear that I am offering Mentorship to help you Live a Rich Meaningful Fulfilling Life WITHOUT Suffering & Unhappiness.
Now I am aware that the level 1-4 ego equates Happiness and reduced Suffering with having money/wealth.
But the more mature level 5/6 ego (the majority of my target audience) realise that you can have all the money in the world and still suffer greatly, be deeply unhappy, feel that your life is meaningless and experience being profoundly unfulfilled in your relationships work and creative life.
So even though a few people may well pay me money with the sole intention of using my Mentorship to help them "get rich quick" that is NOT what I am offering.
I am offering the opportunity to create Your VERY BEST LIFE by Becoming Your VERY BEST SELF.
Now you can certainly doubt my credentials and my ability to deliver on this promise.
But you cannot say it is a Pyramid scheme or a get rich quick scam.
But that begs the question of what do I need the money for if I have Mastered myself and the Mirror Principle and created a Rich Meaningful Fulfilling Life WITHOUT Suffering or Unhappiness?
The answers is I DON'T need the money.
But there are plenty of people that do.
I have a long list of people who could really use the money to buy land and grow food and become off grid independent. As well as my sons and Granddaughter who I would like to set up for life. In addition to the true friends who stuck by me when when everyone else ostracized me and believed in me when nobody else did. I want to reward them for their love and loyalty.
Because I am already happy fulfilled and content independent of money, I am the perfect channel for the Universe to pour an overflowing abundance of wealth through in order for it to be distributed to those that it can genuinely help to transform their lives.
But that begs another question. If my life is so rich meaningful and fulfilling why am I spending so much time and effort and money on ads trying to "recruit" people to a Self Mastery Mastermind?
Didn't I say in video #5 that I don't have any worldly ambitions?
I did. And I don't.
But I do have the spiritual ambition to serve the At-One-Ment: The Awakening of all of Humanity to our True Divine Nature leading to the realization of a Sublime 5D Heaven on Earth beyond all Pain and Fear and Loss and Suffering.
So the reason I'm spending all this time and effort and money on ads recruiting people to a Self Mastery Mastermind is because the At-One-Ment will come about via the 100th Monkey effect on our Collective Unconscious combined with the Mirror Principle (see video #6) when 10 million human beings reach Level 9.
I don't expect to mentor all 10 million myself but I don't need to. Because there are 1000s of other people around the world serving the At-One-Ment helping to get people to Level 9. I'm just trying get as many people as I can to Level 9 and trusting that together we'll hit the target in time.
God (and the Mirror Principle) have never failed me yet, so I don't expect them to start now.
I trust you agree that the only valid objections to upgrading to Premium membership have now been answered in full.
