Practices for Inner Healing
1. Feel Without Naming
Sit for a few minutes and notice what you’re feeling — without labeling it as “good” or “bad.”
Just: What’s here in my body? Tightness? Warmth? Pressure?
Let the feeling be.
Healing begins when we stop running from what’s already inside us.
2. Hand on Heart + Breath
Place your hand on your chest.
Take slow breaths in and out.
Say gently to yourself:
“I am safe to feel this.”
This communicates safety to your nervous system — and that is where healing happens.
3. Truth Journal
Write for 5 minutes without editing:
What am I afraid to feel?
What truth is asking to be acknowledged?
Where am I holding on?
Don’t seek answers — let them emerge.

Healing is not about becoming someone new.
