Welcome to InjuryProof Running!
Most runners know strength training is important.
The harder question is: What should you actually be doing?
Generic strength plans are better than nothing, but an intentional system gives every exercise a purpose and a clear place in your development.
My background is different from many running coaches. I spent years focused on strength training before transitioning into distance running, giving me an additional perspective on exercise selection, biomechanics, and progression.
And just because an elite runner does an exercise does not mean it is right for you.
The InjuryProof Training System builds from the ground up:
Stability → Strength → Power
Learn to control movement, build the ability to produce and tolerate force, then learn to produce that force quickly.
The goal is purposeful strength training that helps you become a stronger, more resilient runner.
