Here's the 5 most important lessons I learned since I started.
On running a Skool Community!
1 - No one wants to join another Skool community
They want to solve a problem and change there life. Advertise the problem you solve the before the after the change you can make in there life.
2- Onboarding is everything
It sets the culture and shows people what to expect when you join your group and are wondering how to get the most out of the group. How to interact? As well as what to do next show them? Spoon feed it.
3- Live Calls do them
We started this last week and I wish we would have done it sooner. Weekly calls bring your group together and I literally think this is the point of Skool not building a business alone but with other people
4 - Write post that share your self
You struggles pains what you are dealing with If you did something fun share it, if you went on a hike share it. If your are going through something share it. This is what makes you relatable and people want to work with people that are relatable.
5- Community is about People
I need to do better at this but we need to remember Skool and business is about people.
Build your Skool to teach a concept to these people. Use your Skool to bring people together. Use post and discovery calls to connect with people. Use the dms to ask people what they want, what they are struggling with, how they are doing, and congratulate people.
Without people you don't have a Skool Community!
