The Main Problem in the Coaching / Creator Space (In 2025)

- Its not lack of information
- Lack of direction
- Lack of effort
- Lack of examples
- Lack of a good plan
And I believe its not getting better but it's getting worse every single year.
And it will get worse in 2026.
You see, we got told being a business owner is lonely battle not for the faint of heart.
That you win alone and you succeed alone.
So we build alone, we validate alone, we plan alone, we create alone, we fail alone.
We wonder why the market doesn't want it
So we pay thousands of dollars for mentorship they say, "great idea", but don't do that do this instead.
๐ฆ๐ผ ๐๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐๐ถ๐น๐ฑ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ.
We throw away what we want because we were dumb and they were right and successful so who cares.
Months later we don't like what we are doing because it's not what we wanted to build in the first place.
So we ask for help for validation for permission to do our thing. We asl support.
There not anywhere to be found though because they weren't there to support us in the first place
So we go searching for support once again, or we burnout, we quit, we throw in the towel.
We call the coaching space a scam and decide it's not for us.
People donโt quit coaching because itโs hard ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ฒ ๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ฒโ๐ซ๐ ๐๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐
- Not because of lack of information

- Not because of lack of a plan
It's because one thing we feel alone and no one supports us.
I know this because I built alone for years and it nearly made me quit too.

- friends with other coaches in the same space we are
- a community of creators learning and sharing there learnings.
- a person who says this looks great when you put time and effort into something
- someone to say stick to your goals or is there anything i can do to help
- a place to keep us accountable
Thats why Influence Academy was built. And I know I could charge for this or lock it behind tiers and you would probably eat this up but I want to do something insane.
So Iโm doing something unreasonable to fix this.
So hereโs what we are doing: 25 free calls.
5 calls a week.
First one is tomorrow at 8 am HST.

Here's how they will be ran:
The structure is as follows:
- 5 min music (Let everyone arrive)
- 10 min of networking
- 10 min to outline the action plan for the day=
- 10 min of coworking
This isn't a chit chat meet up,
it's a sharp, focused, direction orientation for the day.
Anyone interested is welcome to join, and it will be FREE in this community until further notice.
