Suro Hart spent over 16 years studying from GM Michael G. Inay, and over seven (7) years living with him and training as a private student. Over the years Suro Hart earned the trust and confidence of GM Mike Inay in his abilities to apply, teach, and continue the traditions of The Inayan System of Eskrima. Following the death of GM Mike Inay in 2000, Mr. Hart would delay assuming the title and responsibilities of “Suro” (Heir/Master) as one of three heirs authorized by GM Mike Inay to use the “Suro” title until 2005. To date Suro Hart has over 40 years of study in Inayan Eskrima and currently lives in the south of France. Suro Hart continues training and developing people and organizations throughout the world with the Artistic Red Thread Association in cooperation with likeminded artists.
