Suggested level: Beginner → All 🧠 𝐍𝐄𝐖: 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐈𝐂 𝐅𝐋𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐒𝐓(Sun–Wed · 9:30 am CT) I spent at least six years in intense training — pre-conservatory + UNT — practicing scales, tone, articulation, and technique daily. And… I’ll be honest: the last decade? I got a little lazy 😅 So for 2026, I’m recommitting — not harshly — but in a tiny, sustainable, Atomic Habits-style way: 🎵 30 minutes a day🎵 4 days a week🎵 Scales, tone, articulation, arpeggios, intervals, and improv-ready technique Some sessions will be livestreamed on YouTube.Others are small, gated sessions you unlock by being active (Level 2–4). You’re invited to: • play along• brush up on old skills• or learn these fundamentals for the first time My goal: ultimate flute fitness 💪🏋 Suggested level: Advanced Reality: Every level benefits 🙏 𝐒𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐘𝐒: 🕊️ 𝐅𝐋𝐔𝐓𝐄 𝐂𝐇𝐔𝐑𝐂𝐇 🎶 Sundays - 1:30pm CT – 🕊️ Flute Church Rehearsal & Livestream (right after improv games) Highlighted songs rotate weekly: • Amazing Grace• I’ll Fly Away• It Is Well• Sanctuary This is about offering music as service — honestly, imperfectly. Suggested level: All levels 🕯️ 𝐅𝐋𝐔𝐓𝐄 𝐊𝐈𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍 (𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐘𝐒) 🎶 Mondays - 8:00 pm CT (right after improv games) A gentle, devotional flute space where improvisation becomes meditation. • 🪈 Improv that’s simple, slow, and deeply musical• 🧘 Focus on breath, tone, and intention• 💛 All levels welcome — beginners included• 🌍 Spiritually inclusive (no belief system required)

At Flutarians we're not just having fun improvising music. We're nurturing inner peace. And we're cultivating world peace. Music calms us, connects us, and synchronizes our hearts. In addition to twice as many Improv Games times added to the Calendar as last year, I've added two new recurring things specifically to share the peace that music brings: FL🕊️CHURCH REHEARSAL & 🕊️FLUTE CHURCH LIVE: On Sundays at 1:30pm CT, after a warm-up round of improv Games, I'm hosting a play-along rehearsal for church songs like Amazing Grace & I'll Fly Away, followed by a public livestream performing these songs. Play along at your own pace, or, when you're feeling ready, join me on the mic and share your unique melody or harmony. ☮️ FLUTE KIRTAN: On Monday nights at 8pm CT, right after Improv Games, I'm going Live sharing songs of love and peace. In the last few minutes of Improv Games I'll provide some guidance for how to play along, if you'd like.
