Help!
How do you approach your mentor teacher and let them know you are struggling?
*backstory* I am a special education teacher at a private school in a classroom with 9 students who are all at different academic levels. I am getting my master this year so have to student sped student teaching. My mentor teacher has been really hard on me changing everything I’m doing, and telling me what I need to work on but I feel like I’m too afraid to ask for help. She mentions it on all my forms so far that I don’t ask for help cause I feel I should have all the answers but when I approach her I get nervous and flustered and forget my questions. So how would you handle this? I really wanna be successful but feel like my own nerves and anxiety stop me.*
