Starting summer break? It’s like I went from 75 miles an hour full blast to a complete and sudden stop and my brain is having a hard time.
Im one who thrives on my routines and structures, so summer is always a really hard time for me actually because I feel less productive or impactful maybe?
Just curious if anyone else has a similar struggle and how you got over the initial hump? I’m kind of turning into a lump of unmotivated goo on my couch here lol
