It takes a decision.
I spent nearly a decade as an educated, capable woman who had made herself completely invisible. Not because I lacked ambition — but because I had buried it under years of conditioning, guilt, and roles that were never really mine.
Then I stopped waiting.
I built the FLAWLESS framework. I became Pakistan's national cycling champion and represented my country at the UCI Road World Championships in Flanders, Belgium. I returned to corporate finance.
But the most significant achievement was not on any podium.
It was the moment I recognised myself again.
