Fujierah 11km Trail
An awesome run by Lourds on the weekend at the Fujairah 11km Trail, finishing 26th female in a cracking time of 1:25:26!!
She also loved the course that much she gave it a hug with a little tumble on the decent!!!… hence the knee bandaid!!
Next up, an ocean swim next week and a couple tris early 26’
