The why behind the Self-Healing Academy:
I created the Self-Healing Academy because I’ve lived that healing is multi-dimensional — a remembering and a becoming across the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual layers of who we are. It reconnects us. It empowers us. Learning to trust ourselves changes how we show up.
I guide self-leaders — people who are ready to release old stories, transform emotional blocks, and shift identity from the inside out. Some of my clients lead businesses and teams. Others are entrepreneurs, or lead in classrooms, kitchens, or communities. What they all share is their commitment to self-leadership: to meet themselves honestly and choose from trust.
You self-heal through conscious choice. You become your own student, teacher and healer. My role is to hold the container and guide deep transformation: intuitive, grounded, and real – so you can come back into trust with yourself and your life and create what's in your 💖.
