Welcome to IBCA 👋🏾
We’re so glad you’re here.
The International Black Coaches Alliance (IBCA) is a global community where coaches come together to connect, grow and belong.
Rooted in the experiences of Black and African American coaches, we are committed to advancing professionalism, equity and representation across the coaching industry, while creating an inclusive space for coaches and coaching stakeholders who share our vision.
This is your community to build meaningful relationships, learn from others, develop professionally, share experiences, celebrate achievements and discover new opportunities.
We encourage you to introduce yourself, join the conversations, attend our events and connect with fellow members.
Whether you’re here to learn, collaborate, expand your network or simply find your community, we hope IBCA becomes a space where you feel welcomed, supported and connected.
Welcome to IBCA. CONNECT. GROW. BELONG.
