Mini-SOP: Weekly Workflow Review
- Every Friday → Pull up your project board (GHL/ClickUp/TaxDome).
- Check status of: New, In Progress, Waiting on Client, Review, Complete.
- Mark bottlenecks (anything stuck for 7+ days).
- Assign next step with deadline & owner.
- Send 3-line status email to the client if they’re holding things up.
Snippet to Copy:
“Hey [Client], just checking in—we’re waiting on [missing docs]. Once we have this, we can move your file forward to [next step].”
KPI to Track:
✅ % of projects moved forward each week (goal: at least 90%).
