Day 2 & 3 I did so much walking I feel like I need a new pair of legs😅. I started a healthier path 6 months ago, by not taking any alcohol, 4 weeks ago I stopped over abuse of pain meds and cleaned my system of everything that was attacking my health the past 3 days it was getting to move again and making the time but planning my day better. I am ready to stay consistent I am alcohol free, medication free and staying active. I sleep better I feel better and my mind flows to more positive emotions. Im proud of my achievements this far, and will push to stay consistent in my journey!🌷
