I was chatting to someone this morning and we were talking about putting YOURSELF first. I’m a people’s pleaser so for me everyone else emotions, issues, feelings, time, etc. WAS always before me! I have taken to BOLD STEP today to put myself first! That is my CHOICE. We are so caught it in everything around us we forget about us!

This morning, I discussed the importance of putting yourself first. As a people pleaser, I've always prioritised others' feelings and needs above my own. Today, I made the bold choice to put myself first—we often get so caught up in everything else that we forget about ourselves.

Once you place yourself first, things starts to happen!
