Struggling with VPN and Video Location

Hello everyone,

Even though I’m not from a third-world country but from the Balkans, my uploaded videos still appear as if they’re from my own country (not the USA), even after purchasing and testing VPNs like Mullvad and Windscribe.

I have a couple of questions for you:

1. In Philip’s training videos, he mentions Setup Proxy. If I buy it, do I absolutely need to reset my phone to factory settings?

2. What if I want to upload my videos from Windows—how should I proceed in that case? I’d really appreciate your help and insights, especially from those who have faced similar obstacles. How did you solve this issue?
