1) 72-hour checklist
-Post your intro (niche, offer, biggest blocker).
-Download these (in the Resources area):
-Set your goal (e.g., “Close 1 client in 30 days”) and add it to your profile.
-Book the next Call Lab.
2) Weekly rhythm
- Mon – Build Clinic (90m): we screen-share and wire a full system end-to-end.
- Tues – Call Lab (60m): roleplay objections + proposal teardown from a real transcript.
- Fri – Proof Factory (30m): turn a member win into a 1-page case study + testimonial ask.
3) How to get help fast
- Post in Delivery & Voice AI with stack + screenshots.
- Tag [Need Eyes] for critical issues.
- Use the Deal Desk topic for pricing, scoping, or proposal reviews.
4) Rules of the road
- No zombie automations. Every go-live uses the QA checklist (monitoring + manual override required).
- Proof or it didn’t happen. Wins require numbers (before/after).
- Respect cohorts. We're all here to get better and then dominate the world.
